100 % satisfechaThis fixture makes a statement with plenty of chrome and crystal. Lots of bling for the buck. Several of the crystal rods have marks on them that don't come off. But the larger concern for me is, the description indicates the longest possible length of the fixture from the ceiling is 44.48". When subtracting the length of the fixture itself (13.77") and the mounting plate (1"), that would suggest there is 30" of chain (total of 44.48"). If there had been, this pendant would be hanging from my 10' ceiling at just the right height over my kitchen island. Instead, this fixture came with just 24" of chain. A difference of 6" probably won't be an issue with lower ceilings. But, every time I look at this fixture, the first thing I notice is that it is too high above the island. If it had included the length of chain shown in the description, the fixture would look perfect.This is a heavy chandelier and though it fits together somewhat easily, you need more than one person to hold it up. The bolt that fixes it to the ceiling doesn’t seem like it would take the weight. I wish the light bulbs came with it as the size bulbs are very difficult to find. Haven’t found e12 bulbs yet. It takes 20 of the bulbs (12 and 8). After staying up for about 3 days, one day it came crash down and only the electric wire kept it from smashing on to the table below. If we get all the bulbs, then it would be great for the price. It certainly looks elegant.Beautiful elegant definitely would purchase again I am missing some clips to hang the crystals which is my fault I will reach out to seller to see if they can supple more.I really love this chandelier it is so beautiful. I brought the used package of this and some of the crystal pieces were missing but I made it work so be careful when you buy the discounted items because everything might not be there.living room
